software, technology, data & analytics, trade secrets and other IP assets for corporates, lenders, investors and many more.
Stephen will share some of his unique insights into how these assets can provide valuable and significant collateral and how to get the
best out of IP assets in a going concern (driving cashflow), distress (attracting buyers or restructuring debt) or bankruptcy scenario
(selling them).
