RMA National Education Class – Understanding and Interpreting Real Estate Appraisals

Join RMA National for a 1-day educational class on Appraisals. Class will be held at Pacific Western Bank in downtown San Diego.

Understanding and Interpreting Real Estate Appraisals introduces you to the issues involved in ordering and reviewing real estate appraisals. Explore terminology, methods, regulations, and review of appraisal for lending purposes. Learn about appraisal methods and techniques, including the three approaches to value: cost, sales comparison, and income. You will also get an introduction to the appraisal review process based on appraisal requirements and best practices.

Ticor Title Seminar – June 1, 2017

Zona Weekley has been in the title insurance industry since 1976 and is currently with Ticor Title Company as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Title Officer. Prior to that, Zona spent 15 years as a Senior Title Officer with FNF Companies and 15 years and Senior Title Officer with Old Republic. Beginning her career in an entry level position, Zona’s training and years of experience have allowed her to excel in her current position.

SAN DIEGO CHAPTER DINNER 5/10/17

Peter Duncan is a commercial lawyer representing financial institutions with over 30 years’ experience in negotiating, documenting, and enforcing commercial loans. A founding member of his firm, he will present, a la David Letterman, the Top Ten list of issues in commercial loan structure and documentation on a very practical level based on his experience in advising financial institutions.
