This course will give participants an overview of construction contractors. Participants will review construction accounting methods including percentage of completion and completed contract, review Work in Progress schedules, differentiate between the different types of contractors, review worst case cash flow scenarios and identify red flags in contractor lending.
Who will benefit from this program: Commercial lenders, relationship managers, credit analysts and underwriters who either target or have contractors in their portfolio. Participants in this class will generally be more seasoned professionals with five or more years of experience in commercial loan underwriting.
